At GTI, we want guests to know that our work is about far more than programs — it’s about creating real opportunities for people of all abilities to build skills, contribute meaningfully, and earn paychecks with pride. We offer a range of employment and community participation services designed to strengthen independence, confidence, and connection. We are also growing, with new initiatives like our developing community garden and inclusive art program that will expand skill-building and create pathways to income-generating opportunities. Everything we do is rooted in the belief that every person matters and deserves the chance to belong, grow, and thrive in our community.
